A small act of kindness can mean a great deal for someone in need.

The Meghalaya Chief Minister, Conrad K Sangma on Tuesday had a special visitor who took everyone by surprise including the CM himself.

That visitor was a five-yr-old L. Mayan Nongbri who came to the CM’s residence with his piggy bank.

In his piggy bank, Mayan had his entire savings and decided to donate everything towards the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund to help the flood-affected victims in Garo Hills.

“I’m touched by his kindness and his act of empathy,” tweeted the CM.

Meanwhile, North Tura MLA, Thomas A Sangma also donating Rs. 1,000,00 towards the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund today.
