Meghalaya: 13-year-old boy goes missing from Nongmensong; probe on
SHILLONG | DEC 7, 2019:
A 13-year-old boy identified as Rakesh Roy has been missing from Lakyrding, Nongmensong since November 29 evening at around 4:00 PM and is still beyond the reach of his family members as well as police.
A missing report was filed by the boy’s family at Nongmensong Police station on December 1.

According to the neighbors, the boy was last seen playing in his resident campus but since then he went missing without any information and till date he did not return home. His parents and relatives tried searching for him but no trace of information could be found about him.
Confirming the incident, a police source said that a missing report has been filed, they have also received inputs of the boy going missing and all PCRs across the state have been informed.
The investigation into the matter is still underway.
