Shillong’s Emarine Kharbhih selected for prestigious Acumen India Fellowship programme 2018

SHILLONG: In what can be termed as a boost to the social enterprises and initiatives in Meghalaya, Shillong’s Emarine Kharbhih has been selected as an Acumen Fellow 2018 for the prestigious Acumen Fellowship Programme 2018. The Acumen India Fellows are a community of individuals who are currently leading, or an integral part of building, an organization or initiative that exists to eradicate poverty and/or injustice, i.e. a social enterprise (for profit or non-profit), movement, community-based initiative or non-profit organization.
