Conrad to take a call on decision to snap ties with BJP

Meghalaya Chief Minister and National People’s Party (NPP) national president, Conrad K Sangma on Tuesday said that he will take a call on the growing demand for the party to snap ties with the BJP-led NDA government at the centre.

The Pradesh Election Committee of the Meghalaya Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC) today decided to recommend the name of Batyngshain Laitmon Ryngnga to All India Congress Committee (AICC) as party candidate for the bye election to the 26-Shella Assembly Constituency to be held on October 21.
