In a shocking incident, a 70-year-old woman was allegedly sexually assaulted by an unidentified man at a place located close to the border with Bangladesh in South West Garo Hills on October 8. The accused used the cover of darkness to firstly rape and then escape after the incident.

Police arrest 5 Foreign Nationals, 4 locals from East & West Jaintia Hills
