NORTHEAST INDIA | July 19, 2019:

A moderate intensity of back to back earthquake measuring 5.6 and 3.8 on the Richter Scale jolts East Kameng district of Arunachal Pradesh on Friday.

According to the India Meteorological Department, the earthquake occurred at 02:52 pm and another at 03:04 pm had a depth of 10 km.

The epicenter of the earthquake measured 5.6, Occurred on:19-07-2019, 14:52:14 IST, with Lat:27.7 N & Long: 92.8 E, Depth: 10 Km, Region: Distt.East Kameng, Arunachal Pradesh.

While the second earthquake measured 3.8, Occurred on:19-07-2019, 15:04:58 IST, Lat:27.4 N & Long: 92.9 E, Depth: 10 Km, Region: Distt.East Kameng, Arunachal Pradesh.

The two earthquakes measuring 5.6 and 3.8 magnitude on the richter scale jolted the Northeastern region at 2:52 and 3:04 pm respectively.

No damage to property or casualty has been reported until the filing of this report.
